CommunityWorks
projects are designed and managed through the
collaboration of a project leader (PL), Hands On
Sacramento, and a nonprofit agency. It’s a
great opportunity to cultivate leadership, have
fun, and make a difference.
HOS will work with
potential project leaders to find or design a
meaningful, high-impact, engaging project, and
develop a partnership with a nonprofit agency
that can help. These projects are exciting and
completed in one session (done-in-a-day!), and
we encourage creativity.
The project leader
will oversee the project, which is hosted by the
agency under the auspices of HOS. Basically, we
train, PL’s lead, agencies assist, and together,
we improve our communities.
All CommunityWorks
projects are advertised on our
online calendar.
